For three generations, Emile Salon has served metro Detroit with grace and style. It all started in 1944 when Emile Joseph came to the US from Frankfort, Germany with very little money and a dream of combining European glamour and American attitude. Throughout the years, Emile Salon grew to seven full service locations winning countless awards and international recognition for style and talent. Today, Emile Salon is back to its roots, under one big roof and operated by Emile’s son Richard and wife Rula Joseph. Emile Salon has stood the test of time by respecting the traditions of the past and celebrating the modern ideas and talent of the ever changing beauty industry.
